From adaptable event spaces and elegant meeting rooms to a fireside lounge, library and more—The Porter is an inspiring place to connect with colleagues, clients and friends beyond the traditional four walls of the office.

    Located between the concierge and Bowery Lane in the Lobby, The Porter is a place to host meetings, town halls, cocktail parties, lunches, dinners and product launches.

    Executive Concierge

    Our on-site management, security and Executive Concierge provide daily, personalised support and a point of contact for our tenant partners and their guests.

    The Executive Concierge is delighted to accommodate all requests, helping you with those details to make your time at One O'Connell exceptional.
